- What is Erasmus+ staff mobility, and who can take part?
- Erasmus+ staff mobility lets teachers, trainers and administrative staff spend a period training abroad, funded by their national agency. Breeze hosts these visits in London. Participants usually come from primary and secondary schools, adult education centres, VET providers and higher education institutions, and both teaching and administrative staff are eligible.
- How long is a training programme?
- Most groups come for a five day working week, Monday to Friday. Shorter and longer programmes are arranged where a project plan calls for them. Dates are set with each institution rather than fixed to a public calendar.
- How many people can come in one group?
- Programmes are built around the group rather than a fixed class size. Tell us how many participants you are sending and we will build the sessions around that number.
- What themes do you cover?
- Current course themes are creativity and AI, business and entrepreneurship, future skills, tourism and AI, and farming and AI. Content within each theme is adapted to the sector the group works in.
- Do participants receive a certificate?
- Participants receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the programme, confirming the dates, content and hours completed. This is a record of participation rather than an accredited qualification.
- What is included in a programme?
- Programmes cover the training sessions themselves, course materials and the certificate of attendance. Travel, accommodation and anything else the group needs are discussed case by case, so ask when you enquire and we will set out exactly what is and is not covered.
- How far in advance should we get in touch?
- Two to three months ahead is comfortable for most groups. Erasmus+ grant timelines and school calendars tend to be the constraint rather than our availability, so earlier is easier if your dates are fixed.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Sessions are delivered in English. We also work in Turkish for correspondence and planning with Turkish institutions.
- Do you work with organisations outside Erasmus+?
- Yes. Alongside hosting, Breeze takes on project management consultancy, foreign investment advisory, international partner search and sustainability work for organisations that are not running an Erasmus+ project at all.
